ISG InteriorExterior Dials in latest BT project win
ISG InteriorExterior’s 14-year commercial relationship with
BT continues to grow in strength, with the announcement of a new
project to refurbish an office block in Holborn, London, for the
communication solutions giant.
ISG InteriorExterior has worked with BT at its headquarters, BT
Centre, for over 10 years and is a framework partner for the
company’s major capital and strategic maintenance programme.
Since 1993, the contractor has carried out £multi-million
refurbishment and fit out projects in Sevenoaks, London and
Manchester, as well as numerous schemes at the iconic BT Tower.
This latest project in Holborn sees the contractor strip out
four floors of office accommodation, approximately 70,000 sq ft
in area, and refurbish these to a high standard, installing new
raised access floors, suspended ceilings and upgrading existing
mechanical & electrical services. The project is scheduled for
completion by July 2007.
