Carillion plc - Builds £20m landmark offices

Carillion is building a landmark office development which will
command stunning views over the south bank of the River Tyne
when it is completed next year.
Carillion regional building boss Chris Pape was in the area to
discuss the impressive 11 storey offices this week.
Chris Pape visited the site along with Mark Savage, commercial
director and financial director David Wing.
The £20million project for South Shore Developments Ltd includes
constructing two, high rise office blocks with undercover
parking.
The building is expected to be finished in March 2008.
Regional director Chris Pape said: “I’m delighted that Carillion
is building such an impressive building which will add to the
already stunning views.
“We’re proud to be working on such a high profile and impressive
building which will be a landmark when it’s completed.”
While in Newcastle, Chris awarded Carillion employees with
certificates for ‘living the Carillion values’ while carrying
out their work.
