Britannia Kitchen Ventilation Ltd - Britannia Buys Heydal
Britannia Kitchen Ventilation Ltd has recently
completed the purchase of Heydal Limited the ventilated
ceiling contractor for an undisclosed sum.
Heydal supplies stainless steel ventilated ceiling
systems to the construction and ventilation industries
in the UK and Ireland and has and excellent track record
installing ceiling systems into large kitchens
throughout the UK and Ireland.
Britannia will offer the Heydal ceiling in parallel to
its existing range of kitchen ventilation products by
working with consultants and contractors from its
central location in Southam, Warwickshire.

all sectors of our industry” said Britannia’s sales
Director, Peter Taylor “Heydal’s ceiling system
compliments our existing ceiling system and makes a
perfect fit with our wide range of products”
Britannia, who employ 27 staff and is on target to
achieve in excess of £1.9M in sales this year, was
acquired by the Lincat Group in 2002.
