Further product improvements have put even more
ease into Knauf Drywall’s popular ready-mix Joint Cement Lite Easy
Sand. The product now offers additional time and effort savings for
the contractor – as well as improved joint quality.
Knauf Joint Cement Lite Easy Sand is now even lighter, as well as
faster and simpler to sand – joint edges can be feathered finely for
a seamless, invisible finish. It also offers greater resistance to
cracking and excellent adhesion. All this adds up to time, cost and
waste saving for the drywall contractor. This reinforces its
position as the choice product for completing taped joints on Knauf
Drywall tapered edge plasterboards.
Packed as before in 12.7 litre tubs – enough for 40m2 – Knauf Joint
Cement Lite Easy Sand now weighs in about 2kg lighter at 14kg per
tub. This makes it easier to handle for the contractor – and also
for builders merchants, who will be able to stock more because
pallet loads of 48 tubs are now stackable for more efficient use of
floor space at the trade counter. And its shelf life has been
increased by 50% so, if necessary, it can be stored for longer.
Because it is factory mixed, consistent high quality is assured.
Knauf Joint Cement Lite Easy Sand is an air-drying compound for
bedding tapes, filling joints and finishing. It is ready for use,
straight from the tub, and is suitable for application by hand or
machine.
