Juwel Betonbauteile- Next Generation Ready Made Buildings Hit UK
Juwel Betonbauteile GmbH, a German based manufacturer of ready-built
space solutions, will launch in the UK in December this year.
Juwel, which has been trading in Germany since 1996, manufacturers a
range of finished buildings, bespoke-designed to provide additional
space for residential home owners. Solutions include home office
buildings, extensions, garages, storage and stable blocks.
Managing Director for Juwel (UK) Ltd, Joe Robinson, says: “The way
we manufacture our buildings enables us to offer a real step change
for the UK market. Our products are complete, finished, stylish
structures with no joins, making them extremely robust, safe and
damp-proof.”
Robinson believes that a slowing housing market, and a construction
industry still challenged by a shortfall in skilled workers, means
pre-fabricated building solutions will enjoy a renaissance.
“Now is the perfect time for us to launch in the UK. Rather than
risk a move in this unsettled market, many people are focusing on
ways to increase the use of their plot, raising the value of their
property through thoughtful investment in home improvements,”
explains Robinson. “One of the obvious ways to add value is through
extending their property.
“The Juwel product range allows customers great flexibility in
increasing their property footprint, often without the need for
planning permission, at a much reduced cost and in far less time
than building on-site from scratch. Once the building is delivered
to the customer’s property, it is ready to use straight away. From
placing an order to delivery of the fully completed building, the
whole process typically takes no more than 8 weeks.”
Juwel is launching an interactive web site, which will enable
customers to view building design options. The foundation
requirements for the buildings are very simple and can be completed
with minimal fuss in comparison to building a concrete base.
According to Robinson, it is this ability to offer customers a quick
and hassle free end-to-end solution, coupled with a stylish and
precision manufactured product range, which differentiates Juwel
from other similar products on the market.
Robinson continues: “We are currently looking for more business
partners and agents among building merchants, home improvement,
building and development companies to work with in delivering our
innovative solutions to customers. We believe our product range
offers merchants an exciting and differentiated solution that will
help to win new business and build loyalty with existing customers.”
Juwel Ltd is based in Henley-upon-Thames where it showcases a number
of its products, and has future depots planned for Yorkshire and
Essex.
