Four Corners Property - Friends Complete Contemporary Flats
Friends of 15 years since moving to Bournemouth from
different areas of the UK in their schooldays, Karl Luker and
Darren Roberts finally teamed up on their first project together
in 2006 and now is the time to show people that their dream has
come to reality. An open day is planned for 18th February to
show off the finished product.
“It’s been a dream of mine to build something of my own since I
was 11 years old when I was first allowed to push a wheelbarrow.
I’ve always wanted to put my stamp on a project and to be proud
of it.“ Karl said. Along with Darren’s background in IT and
property, they managed the entire project together.
As the lack of funds was of prime concern, the two have had
their hand in almost everything, from drawing the plans to
putting on the last coat of paint. ‘’It was incredibly
challenging, people thought we were mad as we were working 14
hour days, 7days a week and trying to live on site while the
project was taking shape around us” Darren recalls ”but it was
worth it and the end result is amazing’’.
Both apartments demand to be noticed, grabbing potential buyers’
attention with materials such as granite, oak, original
floorboards and feature lighting. The result is there for all to
see, with both apartments now completed and on the market for
