Leading homebuilder, Persimmon Homes Essex is expanding its sales operation at its Witham-based head office with the appointment of area sales manager, Nigel Eatwell.

Nigel brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience within the housebuilding industry, with a total of 25 years experience in new homes sales with a number of major homebuilders, most recently Kings Oak Homes for Fours and half years.

As part of his new remit with Persimmon, Nigel will be responsible for overseeing the sales operation at all of the company’s nine active Essex sites as well as ensuring all the smooth running of all of the company’s new site launches throughout the new year.

Nigel will report directly to Neil Sykes, sales director for the company. Neil comments: “Nigel’s experience and knowledge of the industry will prove to be invaluable to our sales strategy and I am looking forward to what the forthcoming months will bring.”

Nigel, who is a keen golfer, lives in St Albans in Hertfordshire and has been married for 28 years.
