Arval from Arcelor Construction UK is helping specifiers and contractors manage risk and budget restraints with a new high-performance, colour-coated steel building envelope solution with exceptional guarantees.

Free comprehensive guarantees of up to 30 years for roofing and cladding applications (depending on the colour and environment) are available with AR200XP which also combines excellent durability and resistance to corrosion with colour retention.

AR200XP is backed by the global expertise and technical resources of Arcelor Mittal, the world’s leading steel company, and as such does not require annual maintenance inspections, has no reductions for orientation and is applicable on roof pitches down to 2º. Cut edges are covered for the entirety of the guarantee period.

Combining the pre-painted leathergrain finish in a choice of 13 colours with a substrate of a hot-dipped metallic coating means the period-to-repaint decision for typical inland and marine environments is up to 30 and 25 years respectively. It is offered directly to the building owner and fully transferable should the building ownership change.
