Suitable for very heavy commercial use and ideal for a variety
of education, leisure, retail and specific healthcare
installations, Expona features a polyurethane surface treatment,
aiding maintenance and removing traditional restrictions on
freedom of design choice.
Sophisticated and highly realistic wood designs in an impressive
choice of 14 shades and textures are key features of Forest FX,
which is targeted primarily at the education, healthcare, and
high street sectors. The range has excellent durability and also
features a polyurethane reinforcement (PUR), which protects the
floor during installation and handover and facilitates a
polish-free maintenance regime, achieving maintenance cost
savings of up to 48%.
Polysafe Astral sheet vinyl safety flooring in 14 lively shades,
each offering multi-flake decoration, incorporates Supratec+,
the second generation of Polyflor’s unique soil releasing
polymer system, now including polyurethane for reduced dirt pick
up, even easier maintenance and life cycle cost savings of up to
60%. As well as meeting the performance requirements of EN13845,
the range conforms to HSE guidelines, achieving a sustainable
slip resistance value of 36 on the RRL Pendulum wet test (using
Four-S/Slider 96 rubber) and a surface roughness of Rz 20µm.
The Noppe Stud Tile has high abrasion and cigarette burn
resistance, with low opacity and smoke toxicity in case of fire,
making it ideal for very heavy traffic areas such as education
and healthcare premises.
Featuring a 28.5mm diameter low profile stud for better
ergonomic performance, the range provides a balanced selection
of 12 neutral and bold, bright shades in 3mm gauge, with six
colours also available in 4mm gauge. A complementary range of
colour contrast stair nosings, fully compliant with building
safety regulations, is also available.
