Arena Store- achieves early success with Knauf
Arena Store, the new division of the
Arena Group, has already won its first client within
days of opening for business. The new company
specialises in providing temporary storage solutions for
businesses with a range of warehousing needs.
The Welsh-based multi-national, Knauf, has hired 1,700
square metres of temporary structure to house its
well-known insulation products during a complete factory
re-fit at its plant in Cwmbran, Wales.
Arena Store expects to build on and develop the success
of its parent company, the Arena Group, which has an
international reputation as the UK’s leading provider of
temporary structures, scaffolding and seating to the
sporting and live events sector.
The group has enormous experience in providing a world
class service at events ranging from F1 racing at
Silverstone to racecourses, cricket grounds and major
rock and pop concerts throughout the UK, Europe. Arena
Store’s Managing Director Jeremy Perkins will be
applying the extensive skills developed over a 30 year
career in the event industry to other sectors.
Jeremy believes that Arena Store’s services will prove
highly successful in a variety of uses including
industrial warehousing, emergency accommodation,
construction and seasonally-based activity.
“We are delighted to welcome Knauf as Arena Store’s
first client,” says Jeremy Perkins. “It is a huge vote
of confidence to have a multi-national company of
Knauf’s standing on our order books so early in our
company history. We believe that Arena Group’s expertise
in the events services sector offers us a range of
advantages in other areas of industry, particularly in
our logistical abilities, speed of installation and
flexibility of service.”
