Spaciotempo® UK Ltd - Takes temporary building to new heights
When TEREX Pegson needed a temporary home for a manufacturing
facility, it needed look no further than temporary building and hire
specialist, Spaciotempo®.
The world’s leading manufacturer of tracked crushing machinery,
TEREX Pegson has been servicing its customers for more than 170
years. Its comprehensive range of high performance crushing plants
are used in quarrying, mining, construction and demolition waste
re-cycling.
With its premises in Coalville in the early stages of a major
redevelopment, TEREX Pegson had an interim requirement for
additional space to house the facility and associated heavy-duty
assembly activities, supporting the company’s continued development
of innovative new products.
With its ability to manufacture buildings to meet customers’
specific requirements, Spaciotempo® supplied a 375m2 unit with an
incredible height of 7m to accommodate an overhead crane.
Spaciotempo’s in-house team of highly trained installers then
constructed the building around the crane, with centrally mounted
roller shutter doors specially manufactured to align with it.
The Spaciotempo® installation team had the building assembled and
ready for use in just seven days, allowing TEREX Pegson to quickly
capitalise on its investment.

to support continued high demand for our products and accommodate
our programme of new product development, the Coalville site is
undergoing a major re-development which will enable us to adjust to
continuous market growth.”
