In order to keep growing as a
business, it is essential for ARDEX to invest
further in quality people and provide the best
possible structure to drive the business forward. To
that end ARDEX UK are delighted to announce three
new appointments for it’s industrial flooring
division enhancing the sales, technical and
marketing expertise provided to customers and
clients.
Nigel Coxon has been appointed this year as
Technical Sales Manager. Nigel is a qualified
Chemist but has, over the past ten years, worked in
sales for a variety of manufacturers within the
construction industry. He is looking forward to
bringing more of his technical background to the new
position, and to joining a company that is open to
new ideas whilst still retaining a sound and
responsible technical and commercial approach to
resin flooring.
Amy Laura Hepworth, recruited to the newly created
position of Product Marketing Executive, is tasked
with providing first class marketing support to
promote the growth of ARDEX UK’s Industrial Flooring
range. Amy Laura graduated from the University of
East Anglia with an honours degree in Business
Management and Law and is looking forward to
bringing a fresh approach to the marketing of
ARDEX’s resin flooring systems.
Damian Wilson joined ARDEX this year as Senior Resin
Technologist within the Technical Department.
Damian’s primary focus is the research and
development of products to match the specific
requirements of the industrial flooring market.
Damian qualified at Sheffield Hallam University with
a degree in Engineering with Environmental Studies,
this together with working within the coatings
industry for over 9 years means he has an excellent
knowledge base.
The recently recruited employees have been appointed
to focus on building and enhancing the industrial
flooring business at ARDEX UK. They work alongside
Stuart Bailey, Sales Manager for the Industrial
Flooring Division, and Andrew Bowden, Sales Manager
for the Southern Area of the UK.
