Fläkt Woods Group and SEMCO INCORPORATED announced today the signing of an agreement by which SEMCO’s shareholders are selling the company to the Fläkt Woods Group headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland.

Final sale of the business is expected to take place shortly after some work to prepare the transfer of ownership. The price of the transaction is not communicated.
