The NEW Alimak Scando 450 and 650
construction hoists encompass the latest technology, upgrading
the Alimak range. The new models offer greater operating
efficiency, increased capability and improved durability whilst
achieving lower energy consumption and reducing the cost of
ownership compared to the first generation of Alimak hoists.
Alimak Scando Range has a new intelligent control unit that can
solve many site logistic problems by storing all calls from all
landings and arranging them in a logical order, reducing waiting
times and saving energy, similar to a conventional passenger
lift. Optimising performance and efficiency; with more lifts per
hour.
Alimak Scando 650 is a new dimension in construction hoist
technology. This modular system can be adapted to a range of
applications. Single or twin cars offer payloads of 1500 to
3200kg and have a standard maximum lifting height of 400m,
extendable on request. It allows greater use of its hoist power,
whilst achieving a 40% reduction in energy consumption.
With hoist capacity, reliability and economy firmly in place
Alimak Hek have added the fourth dimension. A3, Alimak Hek’s new
virtual presence, an on-site “eye” which is available to Alimak
hoist owners, rental companies and user contractors throughout
the world. This new online remote monitoring system collects
operational information and data, such as time and number of
starts and stops, hours in operation, etc. It can also serve as
a fault finding device, allowing the owner, and Alimak support
personnel, remote access to assist in tracing faults for quick
and easy remedial action in order to keep down-time to a minimum
and further improving hoist efficiency.
