RAK Ceramics, one of the UK's
leading tile and sanitaryware manufacturers is
investing in a major new marketing initiative by
sponsoring The Public Building Award's In Design
category, at the prestigious Leading European
Architects Forum (LEAF) Awards 2007, presented at a
spectacular dinner in London on the 29th November.
Now in their fourth year, the LEAF Awards will be
held in the UK for the first time after successful
years in other leading European cities. The LEAF
Awards have rapidly become Europe's most prestigious
architectural prizes, creating and recognising
excellence in design and build.
The LEAF Awards are open to all companies,
technologies and individuals with offices in Europe
that have made an outstanding contribution to the
world of architecture, and who continue to set the
benchmark for the buildings of tomorrow.
Rob Jull, MD at RAK Ceramics said: "We are proud
sponsor the Public Building Award's In Design
category at this years LEAF awards. We strongly
believe in recognising talent and innovation within
the industry."
Rita Hatton, LEAF Project Director commented "The
awards recognise the strategic importance, impact
and, above all, the innovation and practical
developments that both challenge and change the way
we consider and evaluate the buildings of tomorrow."
