CEP - Bauclad cladding wins BBA approval
Bauclad-Max, a high-pressure laminate rainscreen
panel from CEP, one of the UK’s leading specialist
suppliers of cladding panels and systems, has
complemented its extensive European accreditation with
BBA certification (06/4367).
Now available in an extended range of more than 70
colours including 12 woodgrain finishes and in a lap
sidings format, Bauclad-Max’s high performance but low
maintenance makes it ideal for new-build and
refurbishment applications in education, healthcare,
housing, commercial and leisure projects.
The range of four panel thicknesses and five standard
sizes allows optimum board selection for minimum wastage
and CEP can help specifiers and contractors further with
its comprehensive technical, optimisation, design and
installation advisory service.
Bauclad-Max is ideally suited as a façade panel for
rainscreen, both face-fixed and secret-fixed.
Alternatively, it can be bonded to other core materials,
including insulation, to make composite panels.
Weighing as little as 4.4kg/m², the panels are also
resistant to weather, impact, pollution and UV light.
For lap sidings, prefabricated panels are fixed with a
simple mounting system to provide a modern, robust and
distinctive sidings facade.
