Gleeson - Gleeson strengthens development team with three key appointments

Fleet-based Gleeson Homes & Regeneration Southern announces the appointment of three development directors as part of the company’s overall strategy to focus on brownfield regeneration projects. All three are tasked with bringing forward estate based and land-led regeneration opportunities across the south of the country.
Steve Peters, Managing Director at Gleeson Homes & Regeneration Southern comments: “Following our successes with regeneration projects in key locations in the north, such as Sheffield, Manchester and Liverpool and of course, with Stanhope Regeneration in Ashford, we are strengthening our development team in the south. The three new development directors bring a wealth of experience to the new roles and we are already working on several bids across the region.”
Mark Denyer joined Gleeson from housing association Network Housing Group, where he was Assistant Development Director. Stephen Sadler joins from South East England Development Agency where he was Project Director for Growth Areas and Simon Bridgen joins the Gleeson team from Signpost Housing Association, where he was Divisional Director for Development.
Steve Peters continues: “With the focus now on regeneration, this is an exciting time for Mark, Stephen and Simon to join the company. It is a challenging environment in which they will be seeking to secure opportunities for Gleeson Homes and Regeneration which will have a guaranteed output over a number of years.”
