Walney UK Limited, the supplier of high quality
designer radiators, has announced the opening of a new
state of the art showroom in Wheathampstead,
Hertfordshire, providing a tactile way for buyers to
experience the extensive product range.
Until recently, architects and designers have had to
point their clients to a brochure to illustrate the
radiators they want to use in a project, which doesn’t
always do the product justice. The new showroom allows
architects and their clients to see the full range of
radiators in context, allowing them to easily compare
products and decide which would best suit their space.
“Choosing radiators can prove a tricky business with a
number of important factors to consider, such as
calculating heat output and deciding which style will
best suit a certain type of space,” says Sara Hale,
marketing manager at Walney. “Our team of in-house
professionals are on hand to demystify this process and
to demonstrate the best options available.”
The range is sourced from carefully selected
high-quality manufacturers across Europe. Bringing
together a comprehensive range of radiators in over 100
colours and finishes, the collection includes aluminium,
cast iron, steel, contemporary, tubular and heated towel
rails. The showroom also features some interesting
industry innovations.
Walney is planning an open evening whereby architects,
designers and members of the press can visit the
showroom to experience the full range. The event will
take place in September and is by ticket only.
