Muraspec, Europe’s leading manufacturer of wallcoverings, has
made the process of ordering its Digital offering even easier after
adding a dedicated and user friendly Digital section to its website.
Muraspec Digital is a service enabling customers to turn their
vision into reality by putting any image onto a wallcovering. Using
Muraspec’s new digital website section, customers can now take
advantage of a stunning library of over 1.9 million images, free on
orders over 15m², or upload their own images free of charge via an
FTP site directly to the Muraspec Digital Team.
In addition, the website has a handy Q&A section covering topics
from resolution to procedure, an installation gallery to stimulate
ideas, a downloadable graphics guide and the option to order a
digital brochure, increasing the level of customer service.
Prints are produced in high resolution at Muraspec’s own design
centre, using a special fabric backed base manufactured by Muraspec
which achieves Class O and BS476 Class 1 fire rating, even when
printed. With all work controlled and printed by Muraspec, customers
are guaranteed a high quality result, processed by a team of
specialists with a combined experience of over 25 years in the CAD
and digital print field.
Muraspec’s dedicated team offer free advice on anything throughout
each project, including using glass film and other alternative
substrates. This free of charge assistance includes a quality
enhancement of all image files and a PDF of the projected layout,
plus optimisation of the layout to achieve the best use of the space
available in a decorator-friendly format. Muraspec also offer site
surveys to ensure a smooth installation and the best possible
finished result and customers can further benefit from Muraspec’s
nationwide installation service for added convenience when
completing the process.
