Dawn Construction - Dawn to Deliver Parcel Depot at Cambuslang Investment Park
Work has begun on the construction of
Parcel Force’s new depot at Cambuslang Investment Park.
The £2.5m project, being carried out by Dawn Construction is to
be carried out across a 28-week period and will be handed over
to the parcel delivery firm around mid-October.
The project includes an industrial unit with internal office
(circa 48,500 sq ft) together with access road, car park,
extensive service yard and landscaped area.
Working with Wilson Bowden on the project, Dawn Construction has
already completed various projects within the park’s vicinity
partnering with the developers including the new premises for
gas supply company BOC.
Eddie Robertson, Dawn Construction’s Divisional Manager for the
Parcel Force project said:
“We are very experienced not only in the type of unit the client
is looking for, but also the working conditions within
Cambuslang Investment Park, therefore, we are very confident
that we will deliver a very high quality building to Parcel
Force within the set timescale.
“We have worked previously with Wilson Bowden and are delighted
