Bond Wolfe’s latest venture comes up trumps
The recently formed land and development
division of West Bromwich-based property investors and
auctioneers Bond Wolfe has just concluded its first sale.
The site at Silver Birch Road, Wolverhampton, is one mile south
of the city centre and has planning permission for seven town
houses. It has been sold to Paramjit Dhillon’s investment
company Akal Enterprises Ltd of Smethwick, Birmingham, for the
asking price of £415,000 and contracts were exchanged with the
purchaser within seven days of the offer being made.
The sale of the former Silver Birch public house development
site saw Bond Wolfe’s newly-formed land and development division
inundated with interest from private and corporate developers.
Bond Wolfe managing partner James Mattin said: “This is just the
first of a number of sales we will be announcing in coming
weeks. We are close to concluding a deal on a very high profile
site in Sutton Coldfield and we have offers on a number of
instructions currently on our books.”
