Carillion appoints new remediation director
Support services and construction company Carillion is
delighted to announce it has appointed Steve Lilly as director
for its land remediation business.
Carillion Regional Civil Engineering is a leading provider of
civil engineering and related infrastructure excellence.
This newly created position further establishes Carillion
Regional Civil Engineering and related infrastructure capability
following the acquisition of Mowlem in February 2006.
Steve has over 22 years experience in civil engineering
including 13 years in land remediation. During the last six
years he has spent leading Morrison Construction’s land
remediation business in England and Wales.
Most recently Steve was Project Director on the £250m land
remediation scheme for the Northern half of the Olympic Park.
Steve will further grow the remediation arm of Carillion
Regional Civil Engineering as Regional Director for the Midlands
business unit with a dedicated responsibility for its nationwide
land remediation capability.
Commenting on the appointment Steve said: “I am delighted to

growing the business further.
