Gelder Group - Quality award for Lincolnshire builder
Lincolnshire construction firm Gelder Group has been awarded
a prestigious quality assurance accreditation.
Gelder Group, which is based in Sturton-by-Stow near Lincoln,
has received ISO 9001:2000 certification from the International
Organisation for Standardisation.
ISO certification demonstrates the company’s excellent quality
management systems and will allow Gelder Group to provide an
even higher level of service to its customers.
It will also boost Gelder Group’s business by allowing the firm
to apply for a wider and high-value range of construction
tenders in future.
“The great thing about this accreditation is that it gives our
customers further confidence that we are continually improving
in order to give them the best possible service,” commented
Steve Gelder MBE, Managing Director of Gelder Group.
“We are determined that as part of the ongoing development of
Gelder Group the services which we provide to customers should
stand up to very high scrutiny.”
Mr Gelder added that accreditation was the result of hard work
by a dedicated in-house team including Quality Systems
Management Representative Andrew McNair, Internal Auditor Jim
West and Major Contracts Director Kevin Manterfield-Ivory.
