Chartered Institution of Wastes Management - CIWM marks 21 years of annual conference and exhibition in Paignton
The Chartered Institution of Wastes
Management (CIWM) will be marking 21 years of holding its annual
conference and exhibition in Paignton with this year's event
(12-15 June) promising to be invaluable for anyone involved in
waste, recycling and resource management.
The CIWM is a not-for-profit organisation and the leading
professional body for resources and wastes management. Its
annual event is the only combined exhibition and conference in
the UK on resources and wastes management and is open to
visitors from all sectors of business and industry.
The conference programme at the event will be the largest ever,
with over 100 speakers from government and industry lined up to
present latest thinking and research on waste management. There
will also be over 350 exhibitors showcasing their latest
innovations and technologies and an improved series of free
seminars on transport and environmental issues.
Visitors attending the event will be able to increase and update
their knowledge and understanding of the latest ways of working.
They will also be able to network with other professionals from
the industry, see equipment in action in two live demonstration
areas and keep up-to-date on legislation and health and safety
requirements.
The CIWM 2007 exhibition runs from 12-14 June and the CIWM 2007
conference from 12-15 June. Entrance to the exhibition is free.
